Turn West O Man!

Turn West! Western Gospel Music on Gospel Music RoundupOne of the things I have loved best about being in the Family of God is the way we all love to sing His praises!

No matter where I go, I find people who want to sing in praise.  It doesn’t matter the style, the format, the accompaniment or the lack thereof, by the grand cathedrals or the mountain stream, the man in tune with his Creator loves to sing His praises, and cannot help but to do so!

This edition of Gospel Music Roundup takes a walk on the western side, riding the trails and sauntering through the streets of heaven, singing like we’re a part of the grand heavenly choir.  so far, the only person missing is you, so fork your bronc, saddle up and spur your faith into action, joining in the praises of His people!

Psalm 22:23-28

23You who fear the LORD, praise Him;
         All you descendants of Jacob, glorify Him,
         And stand in awe of Him, all you descendants of        Israel.
24For He has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted;
         Nor has He hidden His face from him;
         But when he cried to Him for help, He heard.
25From You comes my praise in the great assembly;
         I shall pay my vows before those who fear Him.
26The afflicted will eat and be satisfied;
         Those who seek Him will praise the LORD.
         Let your heart live forever!
27All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD,
         And all the families of the nations will worship before You.
28For the kingdom is the LORD’S
         And He rules over the nations.
